I hope that whoever profiled him on dontdatehimgirl.com tells us his true age because his age was left off the main profile, so I had to guess an age for him and he might be younger or older than what I guessed, he could be years older or younger than what I guessed for him. Many areas were listed for him in that profile, more than I could fit in the "State" and "City" slots up here, including Seattle, WA; Phoenix, AZ; Austin/Houston, TX; and New York.:

This man is a master at committing romantic fraud. His birth name is Harold Hernandez Hailey. He will tell you that he was born on an air force base and that his name was accidentally switched at birth. In Colorado court, I recently obtained an annulment (based on misrepresentation and fraud) of my marriage to this man who, quite convincingly, presents himself as an upstanding Christian businessman with a graduate degree in finance from a major university. He often wears an NYU class ring. His education is actually limited to high school. He primarily preys upon Christian women who are looking for traditional gender roles in their relationship. They want to live the Biblical definition of submission and he uses that desire and willingness to control the woman and the relationship. Jay’s personality fits 20 of 21 characteristics of a true sociopath. Jay exhibits the following behaviors (and more): - Loves sushi (which you will pay for) - Takes extra good care of his teeth - He chews sugarless gum likes it’s going out of style - He drinks a body-building/protein drink once or twice a day and has a difficult time sleeping - He takes supplements to help him sleep (no wonder) - Drives a Lexus for which he says he paid cash - it was actually owned by a family trust, but now may be paid off because he inherited a home when his mom passed early this year - I’m sure the money is gone - He will show you Christian marriage videos by Ed Young, Bishop Dennis Leonard, and Joel Osteen - When he visits you, he will take you to work and then drive your car to see other women, or purchase gym clothes or body building products, all with your credit card, which, believe it or not, the retailers allow - When he becomes close to you, he will lay in your arms and tell you how his father beat him when he was a child...and he will cry to garner sympathy...he will tell you green was his father’s favorite color and that’s why he now hates that color - He is obsessed with his body - He will use your computer while you are at work -- to search singles sites, communicate with new victims and make travel arrangements - He will use your debit/credit card to make purchases over the internet without your permission - He will tell you he put his business on hold in order to take care of his dying mother...that he is living off of investments, and just before you marry him, he will tell you that his bank account 'in Chicago' was frozen by the IRS because of misreporting by his accountant after a 3-year job in Germany with Merrill Lynch. Then he will tell you that his attorney ‘Mark’ is handling it for him and it should take only 30 days or so to work it out. He will tell you that ‘Mark’ offered to float him. But, of course, why should Mark float him when you have offered to help Jay because you are in love with him?? - He will watch you put on your 'bling' and tell you he can’t wait until his account is liquid or that his business is up and running again so he can buy you 'the real stuff.' - He will tell you that your engagement ring will be made by his friend, a jeweler in San Francisco. He even has the guy’s business card. He purchased a 4-carat diamond for one of his victims...with HER credit card. He took her for over $40,000 and she is an attorney! - He has been involved in internet pornography and prostitution businesses. - Jay hates cats, but says he is deathly allergic (not) - He works out every day - He never wears jeans - He may ask you to purchase a new Bible for him - he must have a grand collection by now - He attends church, but you won’t go with him - He will tell you he doesn’t date within his church because doing so causes 'awkward moments down the road if it doesn’t work out' - He will talk to you for hours on the phone...I can guarantee you that he’s also talking with at least two other women while he’s 'courting' you. - There will always be a reason why he can’t pay but he will promise to pay you back - his reasons seem legit - He is ALWAYS studying for a commodities exam - He filed a $220,000 bankruptcy in Colorado in the middle of our case in order to get rid of credit card debt and the debt he owed to me and two other women. He got away with it because, apparently, the bankruptcy court found him to be what he claimed (to them) to be...destitute. There is so much more. Please believe me and the six other women with whom I talked who were conned by this man. Jay will tell you that he is a well-traveled (worldwide) businessman/ stockbroker/financial advisor who has reached a modicum of success, and that it is time to settle down. He will tell you that he has looked for someone like you for a long time. That his prior ‘girlfriends’ cheated on him. He will take ‘trips’ to service former clients...those trips are to see other women. He will use their money or yours to purchase tickets. I have the proof. He will tell you that he was never married although it came out in court that he was married at least once before. I haven’t been able to find her. Jay is smooth and articulate with a deep resonant voice he knows how to use. He has a grandiose sense of self and an outrageous sense of entitlement. He sounds educated, but if confronted (or if you ask too many questions) he will become angry and will stammer and use words out of context. He will cut your relationship short if you question his behavior, telling you that you misrepresented yourself...his favorite phrase. Eventually, he will belittle you and question your loyalty to him. The women with whom I have spoken live in three different states and are from different walks of life. They have a common thread...they are genuine, sincere, loving women”
